Juan Concrete LLC uses the information you share to review your project, respond to your inquiry, and plan the next steps with you.

When you request a quote

The form collects your name, phone number, email, project address, project choices, and any notes or photos you choose to include. Photos are optional. We use these details to follow up on your inquiry and protect the form against abuse. Your contact authorization is for this project, not marketing messages. A request is not a confirmed appointment or a binding price.

Unsent answers and selected images stay in page memory until you leave or reload. We do not save drafts in browser storage. If online requests are temporarily unavailable, you can contact us by phone or email.

How information is stored and shared

DigitalOcean hosts this website. Supabase stores quote records, Cloudflare R2 stores project images, and Resend sends the quote notification to Juan Concrete LLC. Images are decoded and re-encoded without location metadata before storage. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Customer accounts and advertising analytics are not used.

Photos are stored in a private bucket and shared through individual, unguessable links. Anyone with a photo link can view that image without signing in for up to 90 days, unless the inquiry is deleted sooner. Links should only be shared with people handling the project. Submitted photos are not automatically published in our project gallery.

How long information is kept

Scheduled cleanup removes accepted inquiry content and images from the app’s storage after 90 days, and abandoned attempts after 24 hours. An opaque reference and keyed request fingerprint remain to prevent duplicate retries, without the inquiry content or images. Email copies and records kept separately for an ongoing project have their own retention; deleting an app record does not automatically delete those copies. Providers may keep operational, security, and backup records under their own retention policies.

Browser storage and request logs

The application does not set analytics cookies. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, browser details, security cookies, and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Inquiry text and photos are not intentionally included in application logs or page URLs. Photo links contain an opaque access token and may appear in browser history or hosting request logs. Treat those links as access to the corresponding photos.

Phone and email

Phone and email links open your phone or email application. Details you share through those channels are handled by the corresponding communication services and Juan Concrete LLC to respond to you.

Questions or deletion requests

Email [email protected] to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Include your quote reference if available. We may ask for enough information to verify the request before making changes.
